What is sludge? Insert movie
How the TTS Process works—insert movie
The TTS method is essentially a thermo-chemical process which can be described as following:
Introduction of the chemical TTS-750 in the sludge to break it into basically three components; hydrocarbons, water and inorganic sediments. Due to the unique nature of TTS-750, all the hydrocarbon content of the sludge transform into a suspension like state, ideal for dissolving into crude oil.
In order to achieve the optimum working condition of the chemical TTS-750 in the sludge within an acceptable time, the sludge is stirred and warmed up. By elevating the temperature of the mixture, the sludge can be easily liquefied and pumped. At around 50—55 0C, TTS-750 beautifully transforms the sludge into reusable crude and cleans the affected vessel, magically.
About TTS-750
TTS-750 is a petroleum based chemical with a ph—7 and is non-abrasive, non-toxic, not affecting any down stream equipment or process catalysts and very effective
